Wheelchair Van Transports

Rockford Ambulance offers wheelchair transportation services to the residents of our area. The wheelchair services are perfect for going to and from the doctor’s appointments, dental appointment or just to get out of the house.
The Care Plan does not cover the wheelchair services; however, our members are offered the service at a discounted rate. For information or scheduling of wheelchair services, please call our dispatch at (616) 884-4133.
