It’s a Smart Choice: Rockford Ambulance Care Plan

Rockford Ambulance offers a membership program called the Care Plan to the residents in our service area.

For only $60 per year, your household will be covered from any out of pocket expenses incurred from medically necessary ambulance transports to the hospital if you have insurance. If you do not have health insurance, your membership entitles you to a 50% discount on your total bill.
